A $50 consulting deposit is applied to account for the time and care spent understanding your unique needs and selecting the perfect pieces. The deposit is fully credited toward the value of your three items, ensuring a thoughtful, personalized experience that’s completely tailored to you.
1. Add the Refresh Capsule to your bag and complete check-out.
2. Complete the Custom Capsule Preferences form to help me get to know a bit more about you, your personal style, sizing, and exactly what you are looking for! (Don't worry, we'll send a link to the form via email too)
3. We'll schedule a quick check in as needed to clarify any questions.
4. You'll receive an email when your curated capsule is ready to approve including a link to complete checkout for the items.
5. Your items will be shipped, and you'll receive a PDF of your custom styling guide.
Of course, you'll pre-approve all custom capsule selections. If for any reason you decide to make a change or need alternative sizing, we'll work together to switch/swap to make sure you have exactly what you need and pieces that you love.
*Exchanged items mush be unworn and in original condition with all tags.
You can expect to receive your capsule recommendations within 2 weeks of placing your deposit.
This allows the time needed to make thoughtful selections based on the information provided in your capsule preference form or place custom orders as needed.
